Open source Python packages that I wrote and maintain:

• nbless - A package for programmatic Jupyter Notebook workflows. For example, you can create Jupyter notebooks from markdown files and Python or R scripts. Documentation. GitHub repository.

• rmdawn - Construct R markdown files from markdown files and scripts or the reverse: extract Python or R code and markdown from an R markdown file. Documentation. GitHub repository.

• gitone - Accomplish multiple git version control steps with one command. Documentation. GitHub repository.

Packages I wrote but no longer maintain:

• skippy - Simplify analysis of scikit-learn machine learning datasets.

• scattr - Add user-defined functions as methods to Python classes.
